  I always work slowly when entering a tight hole. Or any hole for that matter . . . . . . . . . . . . Very slowly. And in the interest of following the safety protocols I make sure to exit said hole frequently. But of course I am interested in doing the job my employer hired me to do so I then also re-enter the hole again, without delay. Again. Slowly. Very. Very. Slowly.
